T - Leaders Don't Know ENGLISH

In the context of the agitation going on in the state, UPA government released another decision which says it is looking forward to involve everybody and each political partys who will try arrive at unique decision and thus help in the making of the T - state....
But the Telangana Leaders don't Know English well and the people around them interpretted the decision from the centre as against T - State and thus they started agitation....
